New Athletes and Transfers
-Per the NCAA, Student-Athletes who are beginning their initial season of eligibility shall be required to undergo a medical examination or evaluation administered or supervised by the appropriate medical professional. The examination and evaluation must be administered within six months prior to participation in any practice, competition or out-of-season conditioning activities
-The physical is good for one year and will expire on that date annually. Returning student-athletes must have a physical conducted annually in order to participate.

Due Date:
- The physical must be dated prior to the start of your season and will expire on that date annually
- The packet and its entirerty needs to be recieved prior to the start of your season.
- Contact your head coach for your sport's start date
