Aimee Sevigny joined the WPI athletic training staff in August of 2008 after a two-year stint as a graduate assistant at Plymouth State University.
Sevigny graduated from Russell Sage College in 2005 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training before earning her Master's from Plymouth State.
While at Plymouth State, Sevigny assisted the head athletic trainer at the Tilton School in providing healthcare to all student-athletes. She also served as a graduate assistant at Louisiana Lafayette during the 2005-2006 year, working with the women's soccer and baseball teams.
As an undergraduate, Sevigny worked with the Russell Sage athletic teams, as well as Hudson Valley Community College and South Colonie High School. She also gained valuable experience working at Phillips Academy during the summers of 2007 and 2008.
Sevigny has earned her certification as a Performance
Enhancement Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine
as well as Burdenko Method Instructor for Part I, Levels I-III.
