Worcester, MA --- For the second day in a row, rain and wet field conditions has forced the postponements of the WPI baseball and softball games scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.  Baseball was slated to travel to Salve Regina while softball was scheduled to host Brandeis.

No makeup date was announced for baseball.  Monday's game with Trinity has been moved to Wednesday, April 2nd at 3:30pm.  It will be the first of two contests versus nationally ranked opponents as the Engineers (10-9, 2-2 NEWMAC) are scheduled to host NEWMAC foe Wheaton on Thursday. 

Softball will face Brandeis on Wednesday in Waltham (note the change in site).  First pitch of the doubleheader is slated for 3pm.  Monday's game with Fitchburg State was also been rescheduled.  The Crimson and Gray (7-6, 0-2 NEWMAC) will venture to Fitchburg on Monday, April 14th for a single game beginning at 4:30pm
