      <description>WPI pitcher Conor Fahey pitched a scoreless inning Thursday evening in the 35th annual New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association (NEIBA) All-Star Game played at Brockton's Campanelli Stadium. The senior retired the side in order with a pair of ground outs and a strikeout.  Fahey was pitching for the College team comprised of All-New England Division II and III players.</description>

      <description>Worcester, MA --- WPI baseball players Conor Fahey and outfielder Scott McNee distinguished themselves by picking awards from the ECAC.  Fahey was named ECAC New England Pitcher of the Year, while McNee picked up second team All-New England honors.  The Engineer senior co-captains highlighted a season where the Crimson and Gray won a school-record 30 games and finished third at the NCAA Division III New England Regional.</description>

      <title>Fahey Earns D3baseball.com and ABCA First Team All-America Honors</title>

      <description>Worcester, MA --- Pitcher Conor Fahey was named Wednesday first team All-America by D3baseball.com and the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA).  The senior, the most decorated pitcher in the 106-year history of WPI baseball, becomes the first player under head coach Mike Callahan to earn All-America accolades. Fahey had a spectacular senior campaign for the Engineers.  The right-hander compiled a 8-2 record with a 1.55 ERA.  His 122 strikeouts currently leads all of Division 3.</description>

      <description>Mansfield, CT ---  Armed with guts, guile and a rubber arm, senior co-captain Conor Fahey put the WPI Engineers on his back, adding another complete game to his stellar WPI career in an attempt to keep the Engineers' bid to go to the College World Series alive. The Engineers fell short in the end however, as Eastern Connecticut rallied from a 5-3 deficit heading into the ninth to pull off a walk-off 6-5 win. The Engineers finish their record-setting campaign with a 30-13 record.</description>

WPI, now 30-12, will play the winner between top-seeded Eastern Connecticut and seventh-seed Husson on Saturday.</description>

The Engineers will face Suffolk on Wednesday at 10am in the first round of the New England Regional hosted by Eastern Connecticut.The Crimson and Gray, led by fourth-year head coach Mike Callahan, are 28-11 on the season and shared the NEWMAC regular season title and last weekend's ECAC Division III New England championship.</description>
