Men's Crew Caps Great Season with Strong Sunday at ECACs
Worcester, MA --- WPI Men's Crew completed its historic season on Sunday the ECAC Championships on Lake Quinsigamond. The varsity eight placed second in the petite final, defeating New England nemesis Wesleyan for the first time all season as well as the top ranked boat in the country (Virginia). The second varsity earned a bronze medal in its grand final while the third varsity took first in the petite final.

Men's Crew Varsity Eight Advances to ECAC Semifinals
Worcester, MA --- For the first time in program history, WPI's Varsity Eight has reached the semifinals of the ECAC Championships. The Engineers earned the spot in Sunday's semis with a strong row in their afternoon heat on Lake Quinsigamond on Saturday afternoon. WPI placed third in a time of 6:10.576, just behind top-ranked Virgina and Ithaca and just ahead of UNH.

Men's Crew 2V Places Sixth at New England Four Championships
Worcester, MA --- WPI Men's Crew competed at the New England Fours Championships on Worcester's Lake Quinsigamond on Sunday morning. The men's second varsity four placed third in their heat to earn a spot in the grand finals. In the finals, the second four of Greg Hesler, Jack Sternal, Tim Navien, Marshal Bernklow and Eileen Gribouski rowed to sixth place, registering a 7:25.39 finish for the Engineers.

Three Men's Crew Boats Reach Grand Finals at New England's
Worcester, MA --- WPI Men's Crew rowed at the New England Championships Saturday on Lake Quinsigamond. All three boats reached the grand finals with the second varsity of Drew Oprea, Berk Birand, Jeffrey Onderdonk, Nick Vitello, Ben Johnson, Max French, Don Havener, Evan May and Brenna Colleary taking home WPI's top finish with a time of 6:17.56 in the grand final to earn a third place medal.
