The 2008 season will mark the fifth year for assistant Mike Warren. Hired by former coach Joanna DiCarlo, Warren will take on added responsibilities for first coach George Legacy. Known around Central Massachusetts as a hitting guru, Mike serves as the bench coach and is in an integral part of the in-game decision making. Warren also is responsible for the defensive alignments and is heavily involved in recruiting.
Prior to his arrival on Boynton Hill, Warren polished his coaching skills as an assistant for six years at Quabbin Regional under the tutelage of legendary head coach Kevin Kane. He has also extensive experience coaching summer ball with Legacy, leading the Central Mass Sting from 2002 until last season.
A native of Worcester, Warren and his wife Denise now reside in
Princeton. The couple has three children (Scott, Matthew and
Angela) and two grandchildren (Charlei and Nathan).
