Women's Swimming Members Post Strong Showing at ECACs

Cambridge, MA --- Select members of the Women’s Swimming
and Diving team competed at the ECAC Championships hosted by
Harvard University on Saturday. WPI fared well at the meet, which
included several Division I institutions.
Alana Aubin (Taunton, MA) placed 35th in the 100
yard butterfly with a 1:00.57 mark while teammate Karen
O’Sullivan (Pelham, NH) touched the wall in 1:10.52
to place 27th in the 100 yard breaststroke.
The 200 yard medley relay squad of Toni LaBella
(Warrick, RI), O’Sullivan, Aubin and Kaitlyn
Kelley (Salt Lake City, UT) raced to a mark of 1:56.86 to
place 17th for the Engineers.
Women’s Swimming and Diving concluded its season with a 2-7
overall record.
