      <title>Men's Swimming Falls In Home Opening Meet to Coast Guard</title>

      <description>Worcester, MA --- Men's Swimming and Diving hosted the Coast Guard Academy on Saturday afternoon, and fell by a score of 152.5-81.5. Coast Guard improved its record to a perfect 4-0 with the win, while the Engineers dropped to 1-4. Andrew Lybarger picked up a win in the 200-yard butterfly, one of four WPI individual winners on the day along with Cullen O'Brien, Lee Chiang and Rob Cakounes.</description>

      <description>Worcester, MA --- WPI Women's Swimming and Diving hosted its first meet of the season on Saturday afternoon, falling to visiting Coast Guard 145-94. WPI fell to 1-5 with the loss. Senior Morgan Guardino had two diving wins on the day to lead the Crimson and Gray, while Karen O'Sullivan's was victorious in the 200-yard breaststroke.</description>

      <description>Babson Park, MA --- Carl Curran won three events to pace the Engineers, who fell in a 149-132 defeat at Babson on Saturday afternoon. The team is now 1-3 on the season. Curran was victorious in three events including the 1000-yard freestyle (10:33.8) and the 500-yard freestyle (5:08.8). The sophomore was also the anchor leg on the Engineers' victorious 400-yard freestyle relay.</description>

      <title>Women's Swimming &amp; Diving Earns Narrow Win at Babson 151-147</title>

      <description>Babson Park, MA --- Heather Peruffo won three events and Morgan Guardino dove to two first place finishes to propel WPI to a hard-fought 151-147 win on the road at Babson on Saturday afternoon. It marks the first win for the Engineers (1-4)over Babson in four years. Peruffo took top finishes in the 50-yard backstroke, 100-yard backstroke and 50-yard butterfly to lead the way for the Engineers.  Her time in the 50 back broke a 31-year school record.</description>
