Middletown, CT --- Select members of the WPI Women's Track and Field team competed at the ECAC Championships at Wesleyan on Friday March 2nd and Saturday March 3rd.  Megan Murphy (Perkasie, PA) and Meghan Woods (Hanover, MA) earned All-ECAC honors with their performaces Saturday. 

Murphy was WPI's top finisher as she ran to a fifth place finish in the 800 meter run with her time of 2:18.90. Woods finished eighth in the 1000 meter run (3:06.59).  The 4x400 relay team ran to a twelfth place finish with their time of 4:10.78 while Amanda Gurnon (Tolland, CT) finnshed 18th in the 55 meter hurdles in a time of 9.04.

Women's Track and Field kicks off its outdoor schedule when they host the Worcester City Meet on March 31st.
