Matt Bradley Earns All-ECAC Track and Field Honors

Oneonta, NY - Matt Bradley (Atkinson, NH) earned All-ECAC honors to help lead the WPI Men’s Track and Field team to a 38th place finish at the ECAC Division III Championships hosted by Oneonta State.  Bradley was WPI’s top male finisher as he was outstanding in the taxing ten-event decathlon, earning a sixth place finish with 5384 points.

Scott Sideleau (Winchendon, MA) earned a respectable ninth place finish in the hammer throw (152-03) while Shaun Price (Boston, MA) placed tenth in the triple jump (43-11.25).  Ben Roy (Buxton, ME) was 11th in the 110 meter high hurdles (15.98) while Maceo Braxton (Salina, KS) finished 16th in the 100 meter dash (11.43).  Jeremy Shaw (Hampton, NH) and Joe Krasinskas (Sutton, MA) teamed up to take 24th (58.15) and 25th (58.26) in the 400 meter hurdles. 

In relay action, the 4 x 100 relay team of Devin Auclair (Marlboro, MA), Tyson Nason (Gorham, ME), Roy and Braxton grabbed a ninth place finish (43.44) while the 4 x 400 team of Krasinskas, Brandon Sweet (Foxboro, MA), Nick Holovnia (Northboro, MA) and Jeremy Shaw (Hampton, NH). finished in fourteenth place.
