New London, CT --- WPI Women's Track and Field finished 23rd overall at the New England Division III Championships hosted by Coast Guard Academy.  Williams was the meet winner with 111 points. 

Stacy Rudolf (Somers, CT) brought home WPI's top finish, amassing 3191 points to place fifth in the seven event heptathlon.  Teammate Amanda Gurnon (Tolland, CT) finished behind Rudolf in tenth place with 2823 points. 

Krista Baker (Medway, MA) threw a distance of 111-10 to earn seventh in the discus while Meg Murphy (Perkasie, PA) was 18th in the 800 meter run (2:21.79).  Liz Schreiber (Ashfield, MA) ran to 26th place in the 400 meter hurdles (1:12.11). 

Select members of the women's track team will compete at the ECAC Championships hosted by Springfield College on May 15th and 16th.
