Springfield, MA --- Junior Krista Baker (Medway, MA) earned All-ECAC accolades in the discus to lead WPI to a 43rd place finish at the ECAC Championships at Springfield College. Moravian College took home the meet title with 67 points.

Baker had a great meet for the Engineers, finishing fifth (127-03) overall in the discus. Yesterday she heaved the hammer 150-11 to place ninth in the event for the Crimson and Gray.

Her performance concludes the WPI Women's Track and Field season for first-year head coach Brian Chabot.
