Six Women's Soccer Players Distinguish Themselves as Academic All-NEWMAC
Babson Park, MA --- The 2009 NEWMAC Women's Soccer All-Academic Team, announced Wednesday, features six members from the WPI team. The six representatives include seniors Stacey Rudolf, Liz Schreiber, Hilary Rotatori, junior Kristen Garza and sophomores Kat Kulzer, and Hailey Taylor.

Garza Earns Third Consecutive All-NEWMAC Women's Soccer Honor
Babson Park, MA --- WPI forward Kristen Garza has been selected to the All-NEWMAC first team based on voting by conference coaches on Tuesday. Garza has now earned the distinction of being named all-conference for the third straight year. The junior has continued to post jaw-dropping scoring numbers for the Engineers. Already the career leader in goals (38) and points (88), Garza netted 13 goals this fall.

Taylor and Garza Named ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District
Worcester, MA --- WPI women's soccer student-athletes Hailey Taylor and Kristen Garza have been selected to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District I team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (Co-SIDA). Taylor earned second team accolades while Garza picked up third team honors. Taylor was tabbed as a defender while Garza, who also was honored in 2008, earned her award as a forward.
