Worcester, MA --- WPI's Alex White has been selected NEWMAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week ending Sunday, September 24th. White, a grad student from Washington, MI, finished first overall at the Worcester City Championship in a time of 26:29. Behind White's individual victory, WPI bested the five-team field and captured its 32nd team title in 40 tries.

The Engineers will return to action on Saturday, September 30th when they travel to Rhode Island to participate in the Tri-State Invitational hosted by CCRI.
