Dartmouth, MA --- WPI women's cross country ran to a 15th place finish at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday morning.  Meghan Woods (Hanover, MA) ran the 3.1 mile course in 19:31 to take a 40th place finish.  Marissa Gray (Stanley, NY) was the second runner to complete the race for the Engineers, earning 99th place (20:46) while Michelle Maurice (Wolcott, CT) finished 108th (21:00). 

Sophomore Beth Hegarty (Springfield, MA) finished in 21:08 (111th) while classmate Anne Rocheleau (Shrewsbury, MA) placed 137th (21:44).  Rounding out the top seven for WPI were Catie Casey (Plymouth, MA) in 142nd (21:49) and Danielle Volpe (Chelmsford, MA) in 174th (22:46). 

WPI competes at the Worcester City Meet hosted by Worcester State College on Saturday beginning at 10:30am.
